How to Measure
Always use a soft, flexible tape measure. Stand in front of a mirror to make sure the measuring tape stays parallel to the ground. With one hand, hold the beginning of the tape measure in place on the front side of your body. With your other hand, wrap the tape measure around your body until it overlaps with your starting point.

Shoulder
Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the end of the left shoulder.

Sleeves Length
Measure from the end the shoulder to the “Pinch” of the hand.

Neck
Measure around your neck at the height where your collar would be.

Shirt/Jacket Lenght
Measure straight down the front from the base of the neck to the point level with your thumb knuckle.

Chest
Measure around the chest and body at its fullest part.

Stomach
Measure around the fullest part of the stomach.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Front
With the person’s arms by their side, measure across the front of the chest.

Back
With the person’s arms by their side, measure across the back.

Crotch
Place the tape at the top of the pants where your belt buckle would be and follow the crotch seam to the top of the back of the pants.

Thighs
Measure around the widest part of your thigh.

Length
Measure from the top of the waistband down to the bottom of the leg opening, following along the side seam of the leg.

Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso.
